Yesterday a match was played between two big teams Pakistan and Australia in Group A of T-20 world cup. The match was expected to be very interesting. Australia played first and scored 191 runs. In the Australian inning 19 over went in to their favor only 20th over went in Pakistan’s favor when Australia lost 5 wickets in an over and no run was scored. Shane Watson and Michael Hussey attacked Pakistan’s bowling line and scored half century each.
Watson’s innings was full of aggression and he was dropped by Misbah at 11 and again Misbah miss a run out chance when he was on 20. Salman butt dropped Hussey on 18 and after that he started playing aggressive inning and scored 53 on 29 balls. Mohammad Sami was also forced to face the aggression of Hussey and he was scored 28 runs in 16th over. In reply Pakistan’s start was not good and early return of Kamaran Akmal makes it 1/1 for Pakistan. After that Pakistan lost 2 more wickets. Umer Akmal and Misbah tried to give some respect to total but Umer got out. Afridi walks in after Umer’s departure. Afridi showed some aggression but also got out on 31 and Pakistan managed to score on 157 runs. Pakistan lost by 34 runs. Captain Shahid Afridi said poor fielding cost them match. He also said that team will try to focus on its fielding.
