On 10th May 22nd match was played between New Zealand and England. The match was very important for New Zealand and Pakistan. It was depending on the result of match that who will qualify for semi final. New Zealand needed win to Qualify and Pakistan needed England win to make its way to Semi Final.

The great news is that England has won the match and Pakistan qualifies for Semi Final. Pakistan, New Zealand and South Africa had 2 points but Pakistan got better Run Rate. Due to better run rate they qualify for the semi final. It is amazing that just two wins takes them to Semi Final. Pakistani team once again got their chance to defend its title. Pakistan is now looking to defend its title as they got chance to play semi final. After losing from New Zealand, Pakistan was left with very little chance of defending its title.

Earlier yesterday Pakistan beats South Africa and ended South Africa race to World cup. Akmal Brothers stabilizes Pakistan inning and 30 runs from Captain make Pakistan’s total 149/7. South Africa after a slow start could not able to win the world cup’s important match. Pakistan repeated history of last world cup and beat South Africa by 11 runs.
