India Vs Sri Lanka Match Result2nd match of tri series in Zimbabwe on 30th May 30, 2010 was played between India and Sri Lanka. India won the toss and chose to field first. Sri Lankan start was not good and they lost their first wicket at the score of 8 runs. Middle order of Sri Lankan batting played well and they took Sri Lankan Score to 242 and they were all out.

After middle order batted well, the tail of Sri Lankan Batting collapse and didn’t contribute much to score. AD Mathews was the top scorer for Sri Lanka. He made 75 runs. TM Dilshan also played well and he also made half century.

AB Dinda, PP Ojha and RA Jadeja took two wickets each for India. India came out to bat with determination of winning the match. At the score of 28 India lost their first opener M Vijay. Second opener KD Karthik got out at the score of 47. Then there came the two batsmen who made good partnership of 154 runs and provide the base to win for India. V Kohli and RG Sharma played well. RG Sharma made his second century of the tournament. He made 101 and remains not out.

India comfortably chases the score in 43.3 over with the loss of only three wickets. RG Sharma remains not out on 101. He was declared as man of the match.
