The investigating committee has banned Younis Khan for the indefinite period along with Muhammad Yousaf. Rana Naved is another player who got banned for one year. Players have filed appeal against the decision and the decision on the appeal of Shoaib Malik has been announced by PCB arbitrary committee.

The Ban on Shoaib Malik has been lift off and now he becomes eligible to play for Pakistan. Many former players criticize on the decision. Especially Amir Sohail and Abdul Qadir reacted on it.

Asia cup is starting next month and the arbitrators are delaying the appeals of Rana Naved and Younis Khan. They are criticizing for delaying the appeals deliberately as they don’t want the inclusion of these players in Pakistani Team for Asia Cup.

The appeal of Rana has been postponed till 15 June that is five day after start of Asia Cup. Younis Khan Appeal has delayed to 5 June. The team for Asia Cup will be finalize before it. There is some news that the delay is deliberate as they don’t want to include them in 15 member team.

The decision on all the appeals was expected with Shoaib Malik appeal but all appeals postponed and decision of Malik Appeal was made in shape of lifting ban from him. Many declared it discrimination between players as all the player should be treated equally by PCB.
