Danish Kaneria who is member of Essex in county cricket is now enforcing with suspension on playing cricket during suspension. The leg spinner was early arrested and then releases on bail. The police are investigating from him for his involvement in match fixing. Danish Kaneria and Mervyn were alleged to involve in match fixing in one day match last season. Both players rejected the allegations.

England and Wales Cricket Board issued a letter to both player of canceling of their registration. Board has informed them that both will be suspended during investigation period. They will be restricted to play any king of cricket.

Kaneria is planning to have meeting with ECB and clear them his point of view. He clearly said that he was not involved in any king of illegal activities. He will check his status of suspension if he becomes a part of Pakistan team touring England. Pakistan has linked his selection with clarification from ECB.

He is released on bail until Sept 15 but police is still and will continue to investigate from him. There was no disciplinary action against both players. They were facing suspension from playing any cricket. The selection of Kaneria is now depends upon the Decision of ECB.
