Charges on Modi are Ratified by BCCIAll charges on Lalat Modi has been ratifies by the BCCI. A disciplinary committee has been form and it will present it finding up to 26 October. It will decide about the former IPL commissioner Lalat Modi whether criminal or civil charges would be filed against him.

Lalat Modi was suspended from his post when he was blamed with match fixing in IPL. It was said that whole IPL involve match fixing. BCCI president Shashank Manohar said that the committee will now decide about the legality of the case.

Mehmood Abdi, the Lawyer of Lalat Modi said that it is strange decision by BCCI. He added that the decision indicates that BCCI has already formed an opinion against him and now by disciplinary committee they wants him to be involve in criminal case. He said that on one side BCCI ratified all his offence and on other side forming disciplinary committee is a strange act.

Soon after IPL3 ended Modi was suspended. He was blamed for match fixing and financial irregularities. He was also blamed for colluding to set up a rebel league in England. Lalat Modi always denied the allegations on him and he refused any financial irregularities.
