The main character of spot fixing scandal and the person who was seen in the video while counting pounds has been released on bail today. He was arrested for paying Pakistani bowlers £150,000 for spot fixing. It was claimed by the investigation team that he arranged money for bowlers and make them bowl no ball at fix time.

Scotland Yard team arrested him on Saturday but he is released on bail today. He will be available for questioning on later dates if investigation team wanted to investigate him. ICC is also waiting for the investigations report before taking further action on it. Captain Salman Butt is also alleged as leader of the ring. He is very confident and said that he is clear and not involve in any kind of activities.

CSA’s CEO, Gerald Majola said that series against Pakistan is scheduled by ICC in Dubai. He added that it will be honor for them to play against Pakistan unless they will be instructed by ICC.
