IPL Schedule AnnouncedIt is decided by Indian Premier League governing council that the next three seasons of IPL will comprise of 74 matches. They have made some changes in IPL rules. It is also decided to award the most consistent teams in the league. Committee has decided that changes will bring charm of fans in cricket.

During the meeting in Mumbai it is also decided that from now onwards IPL team will allow retaining only four players in their team and rest of the players will be opened for auction. By presenting players in auction there will be great chances for top players to earn handsome money. The world cup is schedule in 2011 and it is decided that IPL will start five days after the world cup. World cup final will be played on April 2nd and IPL will start after its five days.

IPL is highly accepted by cricket lovers all over the world. It is liked because of 20 over format and large number of people was seen in stadiums during last IPL seasons. Last year IPL ended with allegations of match fixing on Lalat Modi. He later found some cases on him and he is still contesting the allegation on him. He was charged with misappropriation of money and lack of records of franchises.
