Australian all-rounder Shane Watson blamed Australian bowlers for all the mess on the fourth day of the test match. He said that it was lack of concentration by the bowlers who make them away from a certain win. He said when the started the day’s play England got upper hand as they were 202 runs lead over England but Bowler didn’t perform according to situation and England went into good position.
He said that it was lack of concentration that allowed England to reach 309 runs. He also blamed himself for not performing well on the forth day and said that all bowlers included him not performs up to level.
He added that Australian bowlers put pressure on England bowlers for little time but were not able to execute it properly. He also praised Strauss and Cook and said both played well and didn’t allow Australian to come hard on them.
He is still optimistic and said that it is only matter of nine wickets and if England got it early then they will be in good position to win the game. Watson said that fifth day of the first test match will be interesting and Aussies will try hard to win the game.
