Pakistani opener Imran Farhat has sent a legal notice to Mazher Majeed. A video was released by Pakistani media in which Mazheer Majeed was talking to the agent and he said that 7 Pakistani players are with him. He named Imran Farhat as one of his mates. After the video  said that he will send him legal notice so did the other players said but Imran is the first player who send Mazher Majeed a notice.

Farhat’s father-in-law Mohammad Ilyas has confirmed that he has sent a legal notice to player’s ex-agent. He added that in the notice apology is demanded and they will also send him other notices if he fails to apologies.

They said that they are demanding they are demanding an apology from him and asking him to admit that the statement was unintentional and wrong. They added that if he fails to apologies then they will take legal action against him and sue for defamation.

Three other Pakistani players already said that they will also send him legal notice but so far only 1 Pakistani player send a legal notice to Majeed. Out of 7 named players three are suspended by ICC and will have their hearing in January.
