After the instructions send by BCCI through a notice, franchises are sending with instructions by IPL that all franchises are advised not to pick any player from domestic setup. They will have to pick up players from capped players and should not approach uncapped players.

There are domestic categories of players in which they are divided into different classes. They are ranked on the bases of how much cricket they have played. Prices of these categories are also set up. The players who played at least 5 seasons of Ranji Trophy will get at least Rs 30 lakh per year. Rs 20 lakhs to players of middle category and the players of lowest category will get Rs 10 lakhs.

The decision is very strange for players and it is not liked by any one they said that by doing this door of cricket are closed by BCCI. Chairman Lalit Modi was suspension is also a highlighted issue for IPL season 4. Now the domestic players who were looking to get in the IPL season 4 will be disappointed as they will not get chance to play and earn handsome money. Auction of IPL is schedule in January. There will be 10 teams who will participate in this auction.
