Today was the last date of ICC hearing for spot fixing scandal. Three men tribunal of Michael Beloff QC, Albie Sachs and Sharad Rao was hearing the case. The hearing was started from 6th January and ended on 11th January. Three Pakistani players Salman Butt, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Amir presented their defense in front of tribunal.

ICC was one of the parties in the hearing and they are with witnesses and video evidences against players. The hearing started with opening statement from players and then there was questioning from lawyers. ICC also presented strong case against players.

Former captain Salman Butt was the main focus in the hearing and he had tough time during cross questioning. There is some information that ICC lawyers also asked him very tough questions but he looked comfortable after the hearing.

On the last date of the hearing all players recorded their closing statements and the hearing has been completed. As M Beloff already said in the press conference that the decision of the case will be announce as the hearing will be completed and he also said that it is also possible that the decision of the case will be defer.

As per latest information hearing has been completed but the tribunal has not announced the decision of the vase so far and they are consulting each other about the decision of the case. They also said that the decision will be announced through press conference.
