After winning the first test match Pakistani captains Misbah has urged batsmen to capitalize on the starts of the inning. He said that Pakistani batsmen have potential to play well once they get start but they didn’t work of good start and lose their wickets early.
He also showed his desire to wrap up the series by 2-0 rather the 1-0 win. He said that now a day draw test matches are not very common and they will also go for 2-0 win in the 2nd test match against New Zealand. Misbah is also aware of the fact that NZ will definitely try to level the series and will not go down without a fight.
He added that Pakistani batsmen gets start but no one capitalizes the start and they went out after maximum of half century and no one go for big ones. He said that batsmen should be sure that they have to secure their good starts and should not waste their good starts.
He also highlighted the fact that senior players should help the young players and they should tell them the ways to secure wickets and worked with the inning and so on to score big runs. He wants youngsters to show their talent and play with full responsibility.
Talking about UDRS he said that it is good for international cricket and should be use in all formats of the game. Second test match will start from 15th January and it will be followed by six ODI’s.
