In the 2nd test match at Wallington, New Zealand captain D Vettori has scored a century and his century took NZ team to a total of 356 runs. He along with RA Young scored 138 runs partnership. They batted well and stabilized the inning and also contributed with half century and a century. Young scored 57 runs before getting out.

Vettori was the last man got out for Kiwis and he scored 110 runs. He has become a good all-rounder for Kiwis for last two or three years.

Umar Gul was the star bowler for Pakistan. He took 4 wickets and gave away 87 runs. Tanvir Ahmed took 3 wickets. Wahab Riaz and Abdur Rahman took 1 and 2 wickets respectively.

The start of the Pakistan inning was not good as Muhammad Hafiz got out early in his inning. He went out after scoring 1 run. Toufeeq Umara and Azher Ali played well for pkaistan and they scored 132 runs togathey for the 2nd wicket. Both scored centuries. Toufeeq Umar was the last man got out at the total of 134 runs. He went out on 70 runs on the last ball of the day’s play. Azher Ali is still batting on 62 runs.
