New Zealand’s all-rounder Jacob Oram is making his international come back as he is selected in the squad for the first two ODIs against Pakistan. The ODI series is starting from Sunday. He has been out of NZ team since last August. He had a knee surgery and that take him out of international action for some time.
New Zealand has announced ODI squad for the ODIs against Pakistan. The team announced includes Daniel Vettori, Hamish Bennett, James Franklin, Martin Guptill, Jamie How, Brendon McCullum, Nathan McCullum, Jacob Oram, Jesse Ryder, Tim Southee, Scott Styris and Ross Taylor.
Uncapped players Luke Woodcock, Kane Williamson and Kyle Mills are also included in the world cup squad. Hamish Bennett is also out of action for more then three months has also been selected in the squad for world cup.
The series is starting from January 22nd and will complete on 5th February. Pakistan will then come back home and will start their journey for the world cup. There are six ODI match scheduled between both teams. Dannial Vettori will be captain for Kiwis and he will defiantly try to get winning track back for Kiwis. Shahid Afridi will captain Pakistan team and he is not yet announce as captain for world cup squad.
